Overview:

Our dental office is looking for someone to join our team at the front desk. This is a part-time position 2-3 days a week. Applicants must be friendly , have a positive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to multitask. We would prefer a candidate with at least 1-2 years of experience in the dental field as a receptionist or as a dental assistant.

Our office has been treating patients in the Caledonia/Middleville area for over 25 years. We are a single doctor office with a dedicated long term staff. We work with our patients to find the best solution for each individual in low stress, laid back working environment

Duties include:

- Greet patients and visitors with a welcoming demeanor at the front desk
- Schedule patient appointments efficiently using Eaglesoft dental software
- Manage patient check-ins and check-outs, ensuring accurate demographic information
- Handle phone calls, emails, and inquiries promptly and professionally
- Verify insurance coverage and process patient billing accurately
- Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations
- Collaborate with the dental team to coordinate patient care effectively

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 – 20 per week

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
